Google Play Store crashing on Android

The Play Store may occasionally require maintenance.

Below are some tips to fix problems with Play Store and get it up and running properly again.

Close unused apps

The more applications you open on your touch computer, the less random access memory (RAM) is available for other applications to run effectively without any problems. If Google Play Store keeps crashing on your Android touch computer, close the apps you are not using to free up memory for smooth running of Google Play Store.

Force stop of Play Store

The Force Stop tool shuts down an app running in the background and other related processes. It is one of the easiest solution to fix a bad app on Android

press for long time or hold the Play Store icon on the home screen of your phone or app launcher and open the info icon.

click on Force Stop button and click OK on the confirmation prompt.

Tap Open to relaunch the Play Store.

If the Play Store continues to crash after force stopping the app, clearing its cache should stabilize its performance.

Clear the Google Play Store cache

When you install any apps or app updates and perform any conduct in the app, the Google Play Store creates cache lines( they are also called temporary lines). Temporary lines or cache can occasionally downward your app performance. Besides eating up your touch computer’s storehouse space, these temporary or cache lines can be a reason the Play Store to crash and beget other performance- related issues. To clear the cache data of these temporary lines of the your Google Play Store

Go to- Settings> Apps & announcements> All apps or App word> Google Play Store> Storage & cache and valve Clear cache. renew the Play Store and check if it no longer crashes.However, clear the Google Play Store cache and try again, If the problem again comes.
